- 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 175°C and grease a cake tin.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and the 4 packets of collagen powder.
- Add the butter and mix until the mixture is crumbly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vanilla extract, and eggs.
- Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

- Stir in the boiling water (batter will be thin).
- Pour the batter into the cake tin and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
