Terms of delivery
Orders placed on weekdays before 22:00 are normally delivered the next day. As soon as your order has been issued and scanned by DHL, you will receive an email with a track & trace link that allows you to see where your order is.
Below you can see when you will receive your order based on your order time.

What else do I need to know about the shipping of my order?
- We will send you a confirmation email once your payment has been received. You will receive another confirmation once your order has been shipped to the address you provided.
- Although our warehouse processes your order on time, there can always be delays within the postal service. We can therefore not guarantee delivery times; these are indicative and for information only.
- If your package does not arrive within the regular delivery time, please contact us in a timely manner. We can only start an investigation with the postal company within 2 weeks after the original delivery date. After these 2 weeks, we cannot provide compensation or help you further.
